For senior hires, exclusive mandates, or roles that need dedicated attention. An upfront retainer is agreed at the start - fully deducted from the final fee when we place your hire. Transparent, predictable, and designed for searches where getting it right matters most.

Fractional

Need experienced talent without the full-time commitment? We place proven industry professionals on a part-time or project basis - two to three days a week, or for a defined period. Same quality of candidate, built around your needs.

Subscription

For businesses with ongoing or multiple hiring needs. A fixed monthly fee gives you consistent access to our network and recruitment support - ideal for scale-ups growing quickly and hiring regularly. Predictable spend, no surprises.

Fixed-Term Contract
